ANNOUNCEMENT OF BOND PURCHASE

In respect of the

Haven Funding Plc 8.125% secured bonds due 2037 (the "Bonds")

Hyde Housing Association Limited ("Hyde") announces that it has purchased GBP96 million Initial Face Value of the Bonds. The Bonds will be submitted for cancellation in due course.

The purchase of the Bonds will effect a corresponding repayment of Hyde's underlying loan.
