Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is 
available for viewing:

"Final Terms for GFH Sukuk Limited's US$ 200,000,000 Sukuk Certificates due 26
July 2012 (the "Sukuk Certificates") issued under the U.S.$1,000,000,000 Sukuk
Certificate Issuance Programme of GFH Sukuk Limited as issuer and Gulf Finance
House B.S.C. as, inter alia, liquidity facility provider.

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Sukuk Certificates and must be
read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 9 July 2007 that relates to
the Programme.

The Base Prospectus constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the
Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC), and is available for viewing at
