                                Total Voting Rights



In conformity with Rule 13.1 of the Interim Transparency Rules of the Financial
Regulator, Horizon announces that:



As at the date of this announcement, the company's issued share capital consists
of 82,318,568 Ordinary Shares of nominal value Euro0.07 each with voting rights.
Horizon does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total
number of voting rights in Horizon is 82,318,568.



The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Horizon under the Transparency
(Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Interim Transparency Rules.
