1.        Introduction



Horizon Technology Group plc ("Horizon" or the "Company") published its annual
report for the year ended 31 December 2006 on 12 April 2007. Accordingly, the
Company is submitting its AIU in accordance with the provisions of Part 11 of
the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 324 of 2005)
and rule 7.1 of the Prospectus Rules. We are publishing the AIU via an RIS today
and making it available on the investor information section of our website at
www.horizon.ie
