                               HOLDING IN COMPANY


Pursuant to Chapter 5 of the UK Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 21 September 2007 from Ellis
Stockbrokers Limited that, following the sale of 3,333,333 ordinary shares in
Hollywood they have an interest in 8,333,334 shares in the Company representing
approximately 17.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 48,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.125 
pence per share.
