Changes relating to Service Provider

In a RNS notice issued on 10/12/2018, Interserve PLC announced that it was engaged with its lenders "regarding the agreement and implementation of a deleveraging plan which involves proposals to amend the Group's current financing agreements, including the extension of the maturity dates and repayment profiles of the existing facilities."

In a further RNS notice issued on or around 21 December 2018, Interserve PLC confirmed that Interserve had reached agreement with its lenders to defer a payment due under its principal debt facilities on 1 February 2019 to 30 April 2019.

HSN welcomed these announcements as evidence that Interserve PLC was taking positive steps to improve its capital structure to promote the business' long-term sustainability.
