TIDMHIG 20 May 2010 Hertford International Group PLC ("Hertford" or "the Company") Restoration of Trading and Board Appointments The Company is pleased to announce that further to its announcement on 12 May 2010, that the Company's CVA had been approved, the Company's ordinary shares have been restored to trading on AIM. Following shareholder approval at the Company's AGM on 12 May 2010, Hertford will be treated as an investing company in accordance with AIM Rule 15 and its name will also be changed to Otium Ventures plc. The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Leonard John Russell (64), former Director at Nat West Stockbrokers Limited and head of High Net Worth customers at William de Broe as Non-executive Chairman. Leonard Russell holds or has held the following directorships or been a partner in the following partnerships within five years prior to this appointment: Leonard Russell Current directorships/partnerships Previous directorships/partnerships E U Investment Planning Limited Russell Financial Planning Limited Sovereign Mines of Africa Plc There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules. The company expects to announce further board appointments in the near future. Defined terms in this announcement have the same meaning as in the Company's announcement released on 26 April 2010. Len Russell said: "I am pleased to see that the Company has successfully concluded a CVA which will leave it effectively debt free. This is a great opportunity for the company to go forward.
