    Cancellation of admission to AIM

    Heritage Underwriting Agency plc ("HUA"), the specialist London based Lloyd's insurer, announces that following the offer for HUA by
Argo Acquisition, Limited being declared wholly unconditional on 14 May 2008, HUA has applied for the cancellation of admission to AIM of
its shares.

    The cancellation of admission of HUA's shares will take effect from 8am on 16 June 2008.
