    Loan Stock 
    Healthcare Enterprise Group plc (AIM: HCEG), announces that following discussions with the Trustee of the HCEG Secured Loan Stock
holders, of which £500,000 is outstanding, which is due for redemption on 31 December 2008 that they will not be seeking repayment on the
due date. It has been agreed that the current terms will continue until the restructuring and refinancing measures underway are completed.
The Trustee is expected to review these arrangements in late January 2009, when the financial situation of the Company is expected to be
clarified. 
    Pursuant to the announcement made on 22 December 2008, the Company's shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.
