Crest Meets First Performance Target



Further to the announcement by the Company on 17 November 2004 of the
acquisition of Crest Medical Ltd ("Crest"), Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC 
("HCEG") is pleased to announce that the first performance target agreed under 
the terms of the acquisition has been met and accordingly HCEG has paid #242,955 
in cash to the vendors of Crest.



The balance of the performance related consideration of up to #2,747,045 will be
paid in cash or shares linked to performance targets over the next 22 months.
