RNS Number:4487F Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC 19 November 2004 Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC Completion of Acquisition Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC ("HCEG" or the "Company"), the healthcare products and services company, announces the successful completion of the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Crest Medical Limited ("Crest") from UniChem Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alliance UniChem Plc and the raising of #5,655,000 under the cash placing, both of which were described in the announcement made by the Company on 17 November 2004. The 520,769,230 ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Placing were admitted to trading on AIM today.
