LONDON(S&P Global Ratings) June 27, 2023 - S&P Global Ratings lowered its issue rating to 'BBB+' from 'A-' on the senior secured, structurally enhanced bond issued by U.K. social housing funding vehicle Haven Funding PLC. The outstanding amount on this bond as of March 31, 2023 amounts to GBP123.6 million, due 2037.
