By virtue of the transaction, sale on the stock exchange by Altshuler - Shaham Provident Funds Ltd., all of the bodies of the Altshuler - Shaham group (including Altshuler - Shaham Provident Funds Ltd. Priv. Co. 513173393, Altshuler - Shaham Mutual Funds Management Ltd. Priv. Co. 511944670) ceased to be interested parties of the Bank.

2. The percentages of the holding of voting power mentioned in Clause 3.a. of the form were calculated by reference to the sum of the capital and were not increased in the wake of the provision in the holding permit that Ms. Arison received from the Bank of Israel, according to which she will not exercise her voting rights in excess of 5%, see the Holder's No. 1 note in the inventory of the holdings of interested parties published by the Bank on 7.4.2019.
