The Board of Directors of the Bank today (5.5.2019) appointed a committee of directors to search for the chief executive officer of the Bank, the members of which are the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Oded Eran (chairman of the committee), Ms. Dalia Lev and Mr. Yacov Peer. The committee's recommendations will be brought before the Board of Directors of the Bank for its decision on the appointment of the CEO.
