Further to Note 25.C.3 to the Financial Statements of Bank Hapoalim B.M. (hereinafter "the Bank") for the year 2018 regarding the judgment of the District Court of Tel Aviv - Yafo in the framework of which a claim and application for the approval thereof as a class action was dismissed with regard to the collection of fees for the return of cheques from customers whose account was restricted in relation to drawing cheques (which was estimated by the applicant to be in the sum of approximately NIS 591 million), the Bank respectfully updates that the plaintiff filed a notice of appeal with the Supreme Court against the aforesaid judgment.
