("the Bank") dated 16.4.2019 regarding the entry into an agreement with a company from the Mastercard global group ("Mastercard") for the sale of 10% of the share capital of ABS (Automatic Bank Services Ltd., "ABS"), the Bank updates as follows:

On 30.4.2019, the Governor of the Bank of Israel granted Mastercard a permit to hold up to 10% of the share capital of ABS, and as a result, the transaction is expected to be completed in the coming days.
