H-Net.net, Inc. Announces Corporate Name and Domicile Change
BREMERTON, Wash., June 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- H-Net.net, Inc. (OTC:HNNT)
(BULLETIN BOARD: HNNT) announces that the Board of Directors, has proposed and
approved that the corporate name be changed to DONOBi Inc. and that the
corporation change its State of Domicile from Colorado to Nevada. Upon
shareholder approval the company will apply for a new trading symbol. The Board
of Directors also announced the transfer of DONOBi's corporate offices to
Bremerton, Washington.
The company believes that the name change will better reflect its current
business activity and future direction. DONOBi Inc. (a Washington State
corporation) is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of H-Net.net, Inc. and was
acquired in a merger agreement completed in February 2004.
Headquartered in Bremerton, Washington, DONOBi is an Internet solutions company
providing internet connectivity services to individual, multi-family units, and
business customers. DONOBi provides connectivity services such as networking,
electronic commerce business, wireless connectivity, web based database
development, business application solutions and Internet connectivity
solutions. The company's unique operational and technical "platform" enables
DONOBi to (1) deliver Internet connectivity and related technical support,
quality customer service and billing systems; (2) provide broadband fiber
