                                ISSUE OF SHARES 
 
Further to the announcement made on 22 November 2010 stating that HRE had placed 
111,666,664 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Placing Shares") with new and 
existing investors at a price of 0.60p per share to raise approximately 
GBP670,000 before expenses, the Board now confirms that conditions precedent to 
the issuance of the Placing Shares have been satisfied. 
 
Application has therefore been made for admission of the 111,666,664 Placing 
Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur on 7 
December 2010. On Admission, the Placing Shares will rank pari passu with the 
existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. 
 
Total Voting Rights 
 
Following admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 
371,764,866 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. The total number of 
voting rights in the Company is therefore 371,764,866. 
 
This figure of 371,764,866 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the 
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if 
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, 
the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency 
Rules.
