HUNTINGTON WOODS, Mich., Sept. 8  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Halberd Corporation (OTC:HALB) (BULLETIN BOARD: HALB) , a Michigan-based management company, announced today that its subsidiary entity SellMyBusinessNow.com, Inc. has delayed the launch of its Version 2 release of the SellMyBusiness.com  website in order to add further user experience enhancements.  The new launch date will be announced shortly.

"Version 2 development and testing continues, but we have decided to delay the launch a little longer in order to provide some additional user enhancements," states John Maddox, Halberd President & COO. "We believe these enhancements will provide a richer experience for our target audience."

Version 2 of the SellMyBusiness.com site builds on the simplified graphical user interface of Version 1 (beta), while further enhancing the user interface, providing the additional features that current clients have requested such as an enhanced real estate and equipment listing capability as well as more professional services and support features that increase the business to business sales focus of SellMyBusiness.com.
