                            Significant Shareholding

The Company was informed on 14 June 2004 that on that 11 June 2004 Mark More
O'Ferrell sold 800,000 Ordinary Shares, resulting in a total holding of
2,680,000 Ordinary Shares or approximately 6.78% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.

The Company was informed on 16 June 2004 that further to a disposal of Ordinary
Shares, Mr More O'Ferrall no longer has a significant holding in the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
