                           ("Tower" or the "Company")

The Company announces that on 5 August 2005 it was informed that on that date,
Griffin Group plc ("Griffin") had sold 11,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
(the "Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company. As a consequence,
Griffin, and the entities under control of Griffin, now has an interest in
19,781,773 Ordinary Shares, which represents 5.03% of the entire issued share
capital.
