                           ("Tower" or the "Company")

The Company announces that on 29 July 2005 it was informed that on that date,
Griffin Two Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffin Group plc ("Griffin")
had sold 352,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") in the
capital of the Company. As a consequence, Griffin, and the entities under
control of Griffin, now has an interest in 31,281,773 Ordinary Shares, which
represents 7.96% of the entire issued share capital.
