   Griffin views Ofex as an attractive runway with its upcoming placing of a
                              private jet company


Griffin's (LSE:GFF) latest corporate venture, One Charter PLC ('One Charter') -
the aircraft chartering, brokerage and management service - is set to capitalise
on the growth in the private aircraft charter sector. Following the successful
placing of 30,000,000 shares at 3p to raise #900,000 (before expenses), One
Charter's shares were admitted to trading on OFEX and dealings commenced at
8.00am today under the symbol: ONCO.


At the placing price, the Company has a market capitalisation of #3,075,000.


The placing of One Charter on OFEX is a reflection of Griffin's recognition of
the Ofex market providing a favourable environment for growth companies.


Griffin's Chairman Stephen Dean says, "the real attractions for Griffin are in
the sentiment that Ofex is providing more liquidity for stocks than previously
before and now has four market makers. Therefore, Griffin now views Ofex as a
potential springboard from which we can eventually launch new companies up to
the second tier'.
