Pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act the board of the Company received
the following notification on 28 December 2005.

Griffin Two Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffin Group Plc
("Griffin"), disposed of 10,000,000 shares in the Company on 23 December 2005.

Subsequent to the disposal Griffin and companies controlled by Griffin hold
10,310,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 10.32% of the
issued share capital of the Company.

Stephen Dean and Vincent Nicholls, both directors of the Company are also
directors of Griffin.
