VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 11, 2010) - Greystar Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX:GSL)(AIM:GSL) is pleased to announce the appointment of BMO Capital Markets (BMO) and Cutfield Freeman & Co. Ltd. (CF & Co) as its financial advisors. BMO and CF & Co will assist the Company in evaluating and arranging financing for the Company's Angostura gold-silver project in Colombia. As part of this mandate, BMO and CF & Co will consider all financing options including debt, equity, other financial products, as well as, joint venture and partnership arrangements.
