                          The Greenhouse Fund Limited
                          ("Greenhouse" or the "Fund")

First commercial shipment of Molectra product

The Directors of Greenhouse (AIM:GHF) are pleased to announce, following on from
the contract win announced on 10 March 2008, that last week Molectra Australia
Pty Ltd ("Molectra" or "the Company") shipped its first batch of equine
anti-cast strips made from its recycled crumb rubber to the HorseFabulous
Products & Equipment company for distribution across Australasia. Anti-cast
strips, which weigh about 4kg each, are produced for the equine market and
protect horses in their stables. Anti-cast strips are a requirement under many
equine insurance contracts.

As announced on 15 April 2008, as a result of the conversion into ordinary
shares of all outstanding loans from Greenhouse to Molectra, Greenhouse owns
64.3 per cent. of Molectra.

Roger Maddock, Non-executive Director commented, "We are delighted to see
commercial production getting underway at Molectra with this first shipment, and
that the anti-cast strips have been so well received by Horse Fabulous.

"This is a key step for Molectra, as it marks the Company's transition from its
research and development pilot plant phase to a real commercial entity that has
the potential to become a significant player in the global waste tyre re-cycling
industry."
