**Rumour of RTO at DKE [Dukemount Capital]** The rumour is apparently of a reverse takeover, at or around 0.075p by Gongqingcheng Yuxin Investment Management [GQC] This RTO makes perfect sense and has been linked to a past RTO This company, if you search, has links to Richard Edwards and his wife....who own 25% of DKE 0.075p was the SP [ March 24] when "The Richards" took shares in lieu of the loan agreement debt repayment...if you all research!!! Coincidence....hmmmm?? 0.075p would be around 2.5 times today's SP.... but still a bargain for a main market listing with ZERO Debt SP is already 9% up again

Abrahe00 - Never ever try to correct me again. Just read exactly what I write. And pay attention. Of course everyone knows the ROLR clause was included in the original 2018 JV, well before Shaun Day arrived. But, make no mistake that ROLR clause was designed by Newcrest to club GGP to death. If you hadn't realised - its existence meant no competitive bidder would ever come forward to buy Greatland whilst in JV with Newcrest. This simple fact is that exact scenario was reversed by Shaun and used against NCM/NM to GGP's monumental advantage. That is a blinding move executed to perfection. And while an enlarged Havieron - 6mmt has been put back by the delays cruised by Sandeep sacking and the Newmont takeover of Newcrest ... First Greatland gold's been brought forward to next week. Duh... how's about that? Who'd a thunk it.

Pretty obvious to me the reason he said that he preferred Newmont to have a smaller position is takeover risk down there line, thats all. Because the more they get the more wyloo can get

Looks like the first Shaun Day interview after the takeover this weekend: "You couldn’t punch the smile off my face!" – Shaun Day, Managing Director of Greatland Gold, on the big $475M deal https://x.com/RoastPR/status/1834590497232338951

It's highly complex takeover, and I doubt that any 'city analyst', let alone some of the clowns posting on here today, can accurately value everything in the mix. Therefore, as Charles Archer has, and the Australian 'Financial Review' has, they've used the Grant Samuel valuation as a base for calculations, and, on that basis, the former says that it's a great deal for us, or, as analyst Charles Archer states, "it's a f*****g steal"!
Telfer will be potentially producing $878,000,000 of Gold in the 12 months following Greatland's takeover, based on 2023 production. Plus maybe $178,000,000 of Copper. So a billion revenue, initially, and then sustained from 2026 for 20 years by Havieron ore. The dilution is painful, very very painful. I've asked the board their future intentions regarding share buybacks, which will need to happen if they actually care about what we've been through. Mibb.
Oz financial press very positive Greatland too! The Australian Financial Review states, "Greatland appears to have got a good price based on previous valuations put on Havieron and Telfer; an independent arbiter valued Havieron at about $US1.2 billion in August 2022, when Greatland was haggling with Telfer’s previous owner Newcrest over the value of the asset. Newcrest’s 100 per cent stake in Telfer and 70 per cent stake in Havieron were collectively valued at between $US500 million and $US600 million by Grant Samuel in September last year in its capacity as independent expert for Newcrest shareholders evaluating Newmont’s $26 billion takeover offer."

Wyloo is offering material support. Other providers are taking equity. Newmont are taking equity. Some deferred payment, and we will be subject to a reverse takeover. At best we are looking at 40 percent dilution and probably 50. Still currently we own 30 so 50 with equity and not debt isn’t terrible. I’m going by what Shaun day has said in the RNS. It’s very clear we just don’t know the percentages but not looking great considering it would have been possible to raise the whole 100 percent with a royalty/debt package. Hydrowrong said there would be no dilution. Now we looking down the barrel of a 40/50 percent dilution, that is why he is so quiet despite such ground breaking news announced. Or maybe he is on the factory floor and hasn’t had a break yet.

Pay no attention to these fudsters. I'm beginning to think our resident troll LURKER is also cullpooper on lse. Everyone knows that if we takeover Telfer as well we instantly become cash generative and with gold not far of $3k that's massive

Take some pleasure Negan in Sandeep Bizwaz latest misjudgment and embarrassment:At Elliot he recently ordered the purchase of 5% of Anglo American following BHPs takeover attempt:BHP then walked away saddling Elliot at 15-20% down on a $1bn position. That’s a $200m fuck up Sandeep. Slow clap. Not easy this game is it… hTTps://www.cnbc.com/amp/2024/04/26/elliott-builds-anglo-american-stake-as-miner-faces-takeover.html
Does anyone know if the short chubby bully boy Sandeep ate all the pies and freebies at the corporate events got his bonus before he got sacked before the takeover?

If Greetland Gold takeover Telfer there will be a massive cull.

ActusRay maybe JUST in the green here, maybe for today, but they are in deep fucking do do over at Crest Nicholson subject of a takeover bid by Bellway homes. THey are getting whacked over at FORT and FDP. Saga is the only winner over the past 6 months. I get theme at least £7m underwater. These guys are in trouble IMO

Will be great if the tailings dam at Telfer and the aquifier at Havieron can be remedied around the same time. Who knows, maybe the aquifier at Havieron has already been stabasied and we are just waiting for the tailings dam at Telfer before the takeover?
If we takeover Telfer as soon as the tailings dam has been repaired we hit the ground running and become an instant gold miner and producer with all of the stockpiled ore. Instant cash revenue. Then when we reach the ore body at Havieron this is the high grade stuff so we can start stockpiling that whilst we adapt the Telfer plant to mill the different grade ore. It's a win, win. Callum knows
Newmont have no other option to repair the tailings dam and keep Telfer operational as there are still $Billions in gold ore achievable. If they shut shop now they have all of the decommissioning costs, laying off staff, pensions etc so they have no other choice. Telfer and Havieron do not meet their criteria going forward so GGP are in the driving seat to takeover. Don't tell this to the master investor though with all of his sheep heavily short

Everyday I think of all the daily gold ore being stockpiled ready for us to mill when we takeover over Telfer

If GGP take over 100% of Havieron and Telfer then we become an instant cash generative gold and copper miner. They are stockpiling millions and millions of tonnes of gold ore at Telfer whilst they are fixing the tailings dam. If we takeover Telfer by the time the tailings dam is repaired then that is all ours. We hit the ground running $$$

Newmont must want to be getting a deal done for a takeover of Telfer and Havieron as soon as possible. The overheads at Telfer are astronomical. Especially with the added costs sorting out the tailings dam. No income, just astronomical outgoings. Havieron is also a cash drain as they are the 70% operator paying the lions share. I really feel a deal is closer than we think. Especially with our latest high hitting CFO. 🦆 🦆 🦆
Rubbing my hands at all of that instant cash flow we receive as soon as we takeover Telfer with those millions and millions of stockpiled tonnes of ore whilst the tailings dam is being repaired $$$

Oh Err Toasty full of compliments as ever. All of my predictions come true pal... were you not around when i predicted GDXJ inclusion and the PFS publication. And the hostile takeover attempt by Newcrest? You know sweet FA about Shaun Day. Lets put it that way. Next. Oh yes... GDX inclusion too. They will take 4-5% minimum, after consolidation of 100%, as GGP will instantly be a producer valued at over $700m. Stock will be taken up by AUZ pension funds... backing GGPs circle of steel BOD and massive high grade environmentally ethical copper and gold deposit, that's now just months from production. I predict you wont get to load in the 5s unless the wider market totally collapses. I also predict full mine permit will be forthcoming... very soon. Luvya.

Take pleasure that Bizwas just pilled Elliot into AA and their planned takeover was axed.Bizwas now stuck with 5% of Anglo and the disastrous Woodsmith project that is destroying capital

👆 business as usual. Just wondering about how many millions of $ Dollars of stockpiled ore will be ready to process on the 27 million tonnes p/a processing plant once the tailings dam as been repaired. I do hope GGP takeover the remaining 70% of Havieron and 100% ownership of Telfer before they do if Shaun and our heavy hitting team are able to do so ðŸ™￾
