                             Director shareholding



The Board of Greatfleet received formal notification today that on 29 November
2007 Colin Gerstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 133,000
ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company at a price of 3.75 pence per
share.



Following this acquisition of shares, Colin Gerstein is now interested in
8,883,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company representing 9.68 per
cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
