Results of General Meeting and take up under the Open Offer

Lead All Investments Limited (the "Company") today announces that the take up under the Open Offer as announced on 4 December was 1,645,384 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each, comprising 1,420,824 under the basic entitlements of shareholders and 224,560 under shareholders' excess entitlements. The Company also announces that at its General Meeting held at 10.00 am (Malaysia time) on 30 December 2015 all resolutions proposed at the Meeting were passed. Accordingly, the Placing and Open Offer is unconditional and dealings in the 150,000,000 new Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company as allotted will commence today.
