Appointment of Finance Director

Lead All (AIM: LEAL), the AIM listed investing company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mehmet Ertan Ahmed to the Board of the Company, with effect from 10 March 2016. Mr Mehmet Ertan Ahmed will join the Board as Finance Director, overseeing the financial aspects of company strategy.

Mr Mehmet Ertan Ahmed has over 25 years finance and business experience working in investment banking, commerce and CFO roles. In 2014 he negotiated the acquisition of European Commerce Bank Ltd on behalf of new shareholders, and has since been responsible for overseeing the development of this investment. He was responsible for implementing the necessary risk management and internal controls relating to regulatory rules. From 2010 to 2014, he was the VP of Corporate Finance of First International Group Plc where amongst other deals he advised on $20m GDR issue at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Previously, he was the VP of Corporate Finance of Jermyn Capital Partners Plc from 2006 to 2010 where he was actively involved in AIM IPOs. Mr Mehmet Ertan Ahmed has strong track record in acting within regulatory environments as well as the establishment and development of systems, controls and procedures.

Mr Mehmet Ertan Ahmed is a fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
