Globe Specialty Metals Announces Successful Warrant Exchange Program
New York, N.Y., April 3, 2009 - Globe Specialty Metals (AIM: GLBM.L) today
announced that holders of 99% of its warrants have agreed to accept an offer to
exchange the warrants for Globe common stock in the ratio of five and one-half
warrants for each common share.
