DIRECTOR'S DEALING AND ISSUE OF EQUITY

Global Market (AIM: GMC), the AIM-quoted business-to-business ("B2B") e-commerce service provider, today announces that 50,000 new ordinary shares of USD0.0002 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued to Mr. Gareth Richard Bullock, the Company's Independent Non-Executive Director, in accordance with his letter of appointment dated 6 June 2012.

The Company has agreed to issue and allot 50,000 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to an aggregate value of GBP20,000 at an issue price based on the closing price of GBP0.40 per Share on AIM on the last trading day of the first year following the date of Admission) in consideration for Mr. Gareth Richard Bullock's services as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Following this issue, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 97,824,935 and Mr. Gareth Richard Bullock's total shareholding in the Company will be 65,385 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
