there is little to no need for fracking

renewable energy is free (wind/solar etc) and with addition of the holy grail of energy storage becomes the best long term plan for good economics and energy security

According to L S E morons there have been some developments going on with DECC and Eden ? If the main guy is getting involved then it looks more likely this could be used as a vehicle for his interests.

And he comes in as CEO so not just any old Director.

Bruce Vandenberg, Director of Global Brands, said:

“We are very pleased to announce that Global Brands has found an extremely attractive opportunity in the onshore UK gas market that holds great potential for Global Brands in future. The acquisition of GEF and its immediate funding transaction is a significant step in us implementing our investing policy.”

Bidding for onshore licenses closes in a couple of weeks.

It's normal to be enthusiastic about ones investments but it's not normal to continually post negative comments on dozens of boards all day long.
If I were to psychoanalyse you I would say that you have always been disliked by people and in order to justify that dislike to yourself you behave in nasty way. So that you can say to yourself that this is why people dislike me, when in fact they already dislike you because you dislike yourself.

Funding isn't a negative if it's used to improve the business, an example being raising funds to drill for oil. Oh and they do have a business, GEF, who finance gas exploration for a cut of the profits.

That explains the drop in share price

The seller is out now so should head back to 0.3p before news.

Yes they do ryan, so no need to worry about cancellation.

This issue is that they have said that they are to raise more funds. The intended price was 0.3p but that may have changed since the share price dropped.

Interestingly they have invested in UK Methane who just last week were involved in a merger, though I'm not sure of the implications of it for GBR.

Good news soon hopefully.

Could this be the deal DUC were working on ? A long shot I guess as GBR were meant to be involved rather than DUC but the timing might tally given DUC announcement ?

For what it's worth I thinking fracking is pointless in the UK and just a con with politicians and AIM cesspit promoters all involved.
