Board changes

Global Lock, the provider of security solutions to retailers and other organisations in China, is pleased to announce the re-appointment of Mr Luo Yong as Chairman of Global Lock. Mr Luo replaces Mr Moxiang Li as Chairman although Mr Li will continue in his role as CEO.

Mr Luo, aged 49, was the original Chairman of Global Lock at the time of its admission to trading on AIM in 2010. Mr Luo is the Executive Chairman of the Group and oversees its entire business and operation. Mr Luo is one of the co-founders of Shenzhen Global Lock and has over 15 years' of experience in sales and marketing, enterprise operation and management, including being involved in the launch of a Chinese brand, Apollo Oral Liquids. Mr Luo has previously worked for Shenzhen Kang Meisi Communications Co., Ltd. and assisted with the launch of "Caller ID Phone". Mr Luo graduated from the Hunan Hengyang Normal University Physical Academy in 1983.

Since his departure from Global Lock last year Mr Luo has been actively working in raising capital for Chinese companies and assisting them with their corporate structuring through a company he founded and acted as Chairman for, Shenzhen An Pin Capital Management Co. Ltd.
