Board changes

Global Lock, the provider of security solutions to retailer stores and other organisations in P.R. China, announces that Mr. Luo Yong has resigned as the Company's President and Mr. Yan Xue An (known as Johnson) has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in order to pursue their other private opportunities.

Commenting on the changes,Mr. Moxiang LI, Chairman and CEO, said: "We are extremely grateful to both Mr. Luo Yong and Mr. Johnson Yan for their hard work over the last few years and acknowledge the role they played in bringing Global Lock to AIM successfully.
