Director acquires shares

On 29 November 2007 Gippsland Director Mr Jon Starink informed the Company that
on 28 November 2007, Lazarus Foundation Pty Ltd as Trustee for Rand Trust, of
which Mr Starink is a director and beneficiary, acquired 300,000 Ordinary Shares
via a market trade for a total consideration of A$32,500.

This purchase brings Mr Starink's interested holding in the Company to 300,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
