TIDMGETM RNS Number : 9731G Getmobile Europe PLC 10 February 2010 getmobile europe plc ("getmobile" or the "Company") DIRECTORS' DEALINGS The Company has been notified by the following directors of transactions which took place earlier today in the StgGBP10p ordinary shares of the Company (the "Shares"). PURCHASE OF SHARES Daniel Wild and Tim Schwenke have each purchased 132,000 Shares at a price of EUR1.515. Following these purchases Daniel Wild and Tim Schwenke each hold 132,000 Shares personally. In addition, Tiburon Unternehmensaufbau GmbH, a company which is jointly owned by Tim Schwenke and his spouse (as to 46%) and Daniel Wild and his spouse (as to 46%) holds 1,489,937 Shares, accordingly Daniel Wild and Tim Schwenke are both deemed to have an interest in 1,621,937 Shares representing 17.17% of the Company's share capital. Their combined interest amounts to 1,753,937 Shares representing 18.57% of the Company's share capital. SALE OF SHARES Pierce Casey has sold 931,478 Shares at a price of EUR1.485 (GBP1.305) and Brian Stephens' pension fund has sold 33,442 shares at a price of EUR1.485 (GBP1.305) and as a result Mr Casey and Mr Stephens no longer hold any Shares in the Company.
