STRONG BUY
• Examination of cores, maps and inspection of the Kvemo Bolnisi site in Georgia confirms resource expectations.
• Management look to be ahead of their 3-5mt resource target with drilling ongoing at the site.
• Standing on the Kvemo Bolnisi hill highlights its proximity to the Madneuli mining operations.
• The resource shows a substantial tonnage of brecciated and broken rock with assays confirming relatively good grades of copper in Chalcocyte, chalcite and sulphides.
• A weathered layer of relatively soft oxide material appears to host economic gold grades which can be simply processed at the Madneuli heap leach.
• Mining the hills at Kvemo Bolnisi should result in a near zero strip ratio and low crushing costs as the rock is so highly weathered and brecciated.
• Gold recoveries should run at >90%
• Inspection of the gold heap leach operation at Madneuly confirmed the functionality of the mine's gold process plant while the large copper flotation plant looked like it could use some TLC.
• Mineralogy shows the copper and gold to be free of detrimental impurities. Blasting and crushing should enable simple liberation of the copper.
• Evaluation of existing drill results shows how the concentrated copper hypogene runs directly under the gold oxide cap.
• Copper has leached into the lower layers elevating copper grades.
• JV production & processing agreement: we surmise management may be close to signing their joint venture agreement with their partners and owners of the Madneuli mine and process plant.
• While we don't know when mining of the gold oxide will start we can see how this could start simply and quickly when the JV terms are signed and the haulage route to Madneuli is confirmed.
Conclusion: Georgian is making great progress with the resource at Kvemo Bolnisi. The team appear close to finalisation of the joint venture agreement. Mining of the gold oxide could start soon with processing at the Madneuli site.

I believe GEO are in control of the JV and the JV agreement is being held until the 28 assay results

I think I do fella, well done to SOLG, it was an interesting ride alright and they've done very well for themselves. There's certainly a couple of companies aiming for the mid cap status.

and if they don't get it they cannot go and exactly build their own processing plant can they? the worry s that the processing plant has spare capacity now, so why aint it being filled.Georgian are between a rock and a hard place negotiation wise

Interim results 26th September revealed no mention of production being imminent and no promise of production this year. That leads me to think hopefully by spring 2018

I get your points and agree.

Did you know SOLG have admission to the main market and cancellation of trading on AIM? Not too bothered, I sold mine at a nice profit as you did too. Other stocks I hold I feel will be listed on the main market in 2018 too, goodbye AIM. I think you know which few I am referring too!

As you say that depends on the price but also the volume of ore processed. Its hard to guess that right now as KB contains shallow gold oxide above copper sulphide but also areas of shallow copper too. So it depends on what they start on, could be solely gold oxide could be a mix. Its likely to be on gold outcroppings for the initial early pit, but we'll see. Gold is predicted to increase and copper too, copper in particular is going to come under significant pressure with the development of EV, cars, charging points, general national power demand and generation. Imo when fully explored GEO will have better assets than SOLG, not just grade, depth and economics but volume too. KB is just one of the targets on this licence.

GD depends on how much bigger the resource is then originally thought. Think we will find that out soon.

On production i expect this to be at least a £50m cap company very conservatively..

Guesstimate please on what the share price value once GEO start mining, producing and selling the copper to the market.copper and then another guesstimate one gold is being mined, produced a sold to the market?

Obviously it all depends on the price of these metal at the time of sale. My explanations due to the current political situation worldwide and the increase in manufacturing in many countries including the USA.

I get the feeling this is about to go a lot higher.It seems obvious that some spectacular news is about to drop.Those tucking in have a very shrewd bottom price I think now at this level.Can this go into the £1+ territory?Copper is much needed has to be the amount they have found that's going to move this up much higher.All those buys for a reason as the herd pile in ,I'll take my chance with them .
