If we get another big buyer it may turn out a takeover could be on the cards .Big punts could be fighting for the company so any shares available now will be swallowed up.No one wants to be out of company now it's got the city buzzing.

Little tree shake yesterday...hoovering up likely today.Very hard to be able to get big volume I feel as institutional buys have munched up to squeezing out small investors.

Worth revisiting a podcast from 30 March by analyst John Meyer on Vox Markets. He covers both GEO and BlueJay Minerals (JAY). Interestingly he does not mention the linked heritage between these two companies (disclosure: I hold both). Greg is currently a director of both companies, and JAY's CEO Rod McIlree was a director of GEO's predecessor company Noricum, along with Jeremy Whybrow.

Meyer makes several encouraging points back then which as we know are being borne out by events here. Note what he says about GEO not wanting to dilute shareholders unnecessarily, now echoed by Greg in his latest interview.

The instis or higher net worth PIs like Mr Berezan are still loading up.

The instis were loading up here yesterday at 22.745 in 1 million share blocks.

Nice dip today to get in slightly cheaper.

Much now depends on forthcoming promised RNSs. Everything appears promising though next results need to be very good as market expectations rise.

You get the feeling they have target of 50p-£1 very soon.There just isn't enough stock around for big buyers so offer has to climb I think over 50p at least for a shakeout.

The other option they could have is not to buy in the market at all and just accept what they got in the placing.

But the fact that they're willing to pay up and at a much higher price speaks volumes I think. As an insti you only chase if you're especially confident of significant upside.

After the oversubscribed for $7m the instis don't have any other option now but to buy in the market. Well I guess they'll want to get as loaded as possible as there's plenty more results to come from the ongoing drilling, both in terms of drill results and assays.

The IIs are only going to commit that sort of money if they think there is good upside to be had.

Very positive that they're buying at full ask in the market as well rather than trying to get hold of shares at a discount. Signals that they are really keen to get hold of stock in a hurry.
