Thank you. I'm new to ADVFN, so was just checking in! My interest was sparked a year or so ago after a chat with Mike Struthers and I have kept a watchful eye since. Now seems a good entry point for the patient investor. This issue has been grinding on for a while now and the longer it rolls on the more attractive an alternative prospect will become, while not losing the upside from Kvemo Bolnisi even if it is put in stasis. It seems likely there will be an 'event' in the next 6 months and the fact that they were able to raise cash recently encouraged me. Looking back on announcements there were a couple of references to new partners who were interested in committing more funds. These guys will not have gone away, so if they find something worth developing I thunk they may have access to development capital, but they will need to raise their own share of the bill through equity - less of an issue if the concept is already endorsed by industry partners. We'll see. I am betting this gets sorted and these guys seem to have an excellent rapport with the locals.

I have been buying a few shares in expectation of a resolution at some point or the team finding a new prospect to focus attention on in Georgia. There won't be a quick solution to the issues but as it will be impossible to see the change coming I am buying a few and waiting patiently. We know the shares are worth much more than the current price and cash burn is minimal (while management aren't taking any pay) so there is no immediate threat of going bust. A placing to develop new acres will be dilutive but should also see the price higher as it will prove the company is not dead. I am confident that in time (tho no idea how much time!) the Georgians will want this producing and paying taxes. The primary risk seems to me to be a recession turning up before this comes right as that will close the door to new funding for long enough for survival to become an issue. That or this management team giving up, but that doesn't look likely at the moment.

All quiet except for the poster who was 1000% certain those big trades were sells! How deluded can someone be? They will probably delay their RNS advising of main shareholder sales until it suits them as usual!
Have to say that this so far is the most disappointing company I've ever invested in.

Yes, a holdings RNS expected soon. But more likely to be a main holder reducing or selling out imo. Price to buy 500k now dropped to1.63p!
