GeoPark Limited has made an application for the admission of 355,599 common shares of US$0.001 each ("Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission"). These Shares have been issued to the GeoPark Employee Benefit Trust for use in the settlement of the exercise of stock options granted to certain directors and current and former employees pursuant to the GeoPark Stock Awards Plan (the "Plan"). Details of the Plan are set out in the Company's 2012 Annual Report. The Shares will rank pari passu with existing Shares in issue and Admission is expected to occur on 18 September 2013. Following Admission, the Company will have 43,859,232 Shares in issue.
