Results of Annual General Meeting
The Directors are pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of
the Company held today, shareholders approved all Resolutions.
During the meeting the Chairman pointed out that, as explained in the Report
and Accounts, the Directors would exercise the authority to issue new shares
only at a price greater than Net Asset Value per share. This policy would also
apply to the re-issue of any shares purchased and held as Treasury Shares.
