Gartmore Growth Opportunities plc today purchased 50,000 Ordinary 0.025p shares 
at a price of 496.0 pence per share for cancellation. 
 
This purchase represents 0.5% of Ordinary shares in issue and is the sixth 
purchase of Ordinary shares pursuant to a general authority granted at the 
Annual General Meeting of the Company on 26 October 2010.

Voting Rights: 
 
Following this transaction the Company's called-up share capital will be 
9,888,975 Ordinary shares, representing the same number of voting rights. 
Accordingly, the figure of 9,888,975 Ordinary shares should be used by holders 
as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the 
Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
