Statement re Share Redemption

Redemption of Ordinary shares 
 
The result of the Company's quarterly redemption opportunity on 14 July 2010 
was as follows: 
 
The total number of Ordinary shares of 0.025p in issue on 14 July 2010 was 
11,073,864. The total number of shares in respect of which valid redemption 
requests were received was 3,389. The Board has resolved to redeem the 3,389 
shares, representing 0.03 per cent of the current shares in issue, at a 
calculated redemption price of 483.63p. 
 
It is expected that despatch of payments in respect of the valid redemption 
requests will be made on 28 July 2010, or as soon as practicable thereafter. 
 
Following this redemption there will be 11,070,475 Ordinary shares in issue. 
Each share entitles the holder to one vote and so this figure of 11,070,475 
Ordinary shares should now be used by holders as the denominator for 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules.
