Correction to Timetable in Announcement Re Proposed Voluntary Winding-up

Due to an error, the deadline for returning forms of proxy for the
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company appeared in the timetable as 11.05
am on 1 November 2004. In fact the forms must be returned at 11.05 am on 30
October 2004, 48 hours before the meeting due to be held at 11.05 am on 1
November 2004. A corrected timetable is shown below.
