Notice of Intention to Appoint Administrator
The Board announces that the notice of intention to appoint an administrator filed by the Company on 5 June 2013 lapsed on 19 June 2013.
The Board continues to review its options in order to minimise the financial uncertainty surrounding the Company. While the Board continues to explore these options, the Company has filed a further notice of intention to appoint Craig J. Povey and Kevin A. Murphy of Chantrey Vellacott DFK as administrators of the Company to assist the directors in this regard and to protect the interests of creditors.
The suspension to trading in the Company's shares, as announced on 22 March 2013, remains effective.
Further announcements will be made in due course.
