Christopher G. Newton, an Executive Committee Member of the  Company,
has increased his interest in the  share capital of the Company  from
no shares (representing 0.0000% of  the share capital) to 500  shares
(representing 0.0025% of the share capital) following a purchase made
by him on AiM on 5 February 2007 of 500 shares at £6.436 per share.
