Clark Distribution Systems Named Exclusive Newsstand Distributor for American Media Inc.'s Weekly Publications

NEW YORK, Nov. 24  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Clark Holdings Inc. (NYSE Alternext US, LLC: GLA; GLA.U; GLA.WS), a non-asset-based provider of mission-critical supply chain solutions, today announced that Clark Distribution Systems, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed an agreement with American Media Inc. (AMI) to serve as exclusive single copy newsstand distributor for AMI's 7 weekly and bi-weekly titles.

Under the terms of the agreement, Clark will distribute AMI publications to regional wholesalers for ultimate sale at approximately 100,000 retail outlets throughout the United States and Canada. This amounts to over 6 million copies distributed weekly.

American Media, Inc publishes weekly, bi-weekly and monthly general interest magazines, including The National Enquirer, Globe, Star, National Examiner, Sun, Country Weekly, MIRA, Muscle & Fitness, Shape, Men's Fitness, Muscle & Fitness Hers, Flex, Fit Pregnancy, Natural Health and others.
