                            Directors' Shareholdings


The Company announces that it has been informed by A Stanford and Company
Limited ("Stanfords") on 2 March 2007, that it no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company and that its shareholding of 11,998,369 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 91.12%
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, has been transferred to Morlands
Holdings Limited ("Morlands") pursuant to the terms of a members voluntary
liquidation of Stanfords.


Morlands is a newly incorporated company set up for the purpose of acquiring the
Ordinary Shares. The shareholders of Morlands are the Stalbow family and certain
Stalbow family trusts. The directors of Morlands are, Mr A.D. Stalbow and Mr
J.H.J. Lewis, both directors of the Company.


Mr A.D Stalbow holds 447,981 ordinary shares in the capital of Morlands
representing approximately 31.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of
Morlands. Following the transfer of the Ordinary Shares to Morlands, the
directors' beneficial interests in the Company remain the same.


By virtue of   Mr A.D. Stalbow's 31.02% holding in Morlands, he has an indirect
beneficial interest in approximately 28.26% of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company. Mr J.H.J. Lewis has no interest in either the Company or
Morlands.
