                       NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS


The Future Network plc will announce on Tuesday 7th December 2004 its
preliminary results for the nine months ended 30th September. These will also
include pro forma results for the twelve months ended 30 September 2003 and 30
September 2004. An analyst presentation will be held at 10.00am at the offices
of UBS, 2 Finsbury Avenue, London, EC2M 2PP.
